Woven at a small mill in the Scottish Borders from a blend of 80% British wool and 20% recycled cashmere. The weight is 650gsm, which is heavier than most high-street wool coats and noticeably warmer. Bethan bought six in slate and two in a dark moss green; the moss is already gone.
Knitted in Portugal from a 100% extra-fine merino yarn spun in the Douro Valley. The rib is a 2x2 construction that holds its shape through repeated washing. Available in oat and a deep burgundy; both are in stock in most sizes.
Cut from a mid-weight undyed linen woven in Lithuania. The fabric is stonewashed before cutting, which softens the hand and means it arrives already broken in. The cut is loose through the body with a slightly dropped shoulder.
Made by a ceramicist working from a studio in County Cork using local stoneware clay and an ash glaze fired at 1280 degrees. Each piece varies slightly in colour and surface texture. Sold individually, not as sets.
Woven from a 180gsm linen in Lithuania and pre-washed three times before finishing. The stone colourway is a warm mid-grey that reads differently in different lights. Standard size, with an envelope closure.
Cut from a single piece of vegetable-tanned leather from a tannery in Tuscany. The stitching is done by hand using a waxed linen thread. It holds four to six cards and gets better looking as the leather darkens with use.
Poured from 100% British beeswax sourced from a small apiary in Herefordshire. Unscented, which was a deliberate choice: beeswax has its own faint honey smell that synthetic fragrance would cover. Burns for approximately 40 hours.
The outer is a soft nappa leather from a small Spanish tannery; the lining is a brushed merino jersey. The fit is close without being tight. Bethan ordered a small run of these for autumn 2026 after a customer asked for them two seasons in a row.
